The Craig School of Business at California State University, Fresno will host an Access to Capital workshop at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, at the University Business Center. It will focus on trade and investment concerns for minority- and female-owned businesses that range from lack of knowledge about government program opportunities to political risks in emerging markets.

Speakers include senior officials from Overseas Private Investment Corporation, the Small Business Administration, U.S. Commercial Service and the Export-Import Bank. Attendees will be able to meet one-on-one with government representatives from 1 to 3 p.m.
