Buster donates $5,000 from award to institute |
|
Dr. Walter Buster, director of the Central Valley Educational Leadership Institute at California State University, Fresno, recently received the Association of California School Administrators’ Robert E. Kelly Award.
Buster donated the $5,000 grant that comes with the award to the institute, which provides professional development and educational leadership training in the central San Joaquin Valley. The Institute is housed in the university’s Kremen School of Education and Human Development.
The Kelly Award, sponsored by Bank of America, honors individuals who help advance high-quality public education and have made significant contributions on a volunteer basis over the years.
