Workshops and an information fair will be part of the Southeast Asian Educational Conference for high school and community college students from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 7 at California State University, Fresno.

The conference, sponsored by University Outreach Services, will begin in the University Dining Hall with an opening ceremony. Among workshop topics are succeeding in higher education, financial aid, scholarships, networking and overcoming adversity, said MaiLee Lee, an Outreach counselor.

There is no charge to participate, but the deadline for registration is Friday, Feb. 20.

Parking will be available in Lot G, just west of the campus residence halls.
