Seminar looks at stimulus, local real estate

The Arnold and Dianne Gazarian Real Estate Center at California State University, Fresno will present its second seminar, “The Impact of the Federal Stimulus Package and State Budget on Local Real Estate,” from 8-10 a.m. April 30.

The conference will be in the Alice Peters Auditorium, Room 191 of the Peters Business Building. Featured guest speaker is Brad Maaske, a real estate broker and host of “Real Talk” on KMJ 580-AM.

Maaske will offer insight on the stimulus package’s effect on real estate locally and how the state’s budget will affect the market.

Registration is free and open to the public. The deadline to sign up is April 23.

Parking will be available in the University Business Center parking lot, located between lots A and J just east of the Peters Business Building.
