The spring 2009 issue of FresnoState Magazine, which has just published, focuses on the beautiful new Henry Madden Library.

Articles about the library introduce its services, Native American influences and many of the staff and faculty responsible for different sections of the facility, which was opened to students, faculty and the community in February.

The magazine also reflects on the recent $29.4 million gift from the Jordan family of the East Bay to the College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology – the largest single cash gift in California State University system history.

Other stories in this issue cover graduate student research, alumni making their mark all over the world, three Bulldog coaches and a look forward to the university’s Centennial celebration, which begins in 2010.
