CSU Summer Arts gears up at Fresno State
The CSU Summer Arts program returns to Fresno State in July for the ninth straight year with a wide-ranging program of painting and drawing, digital photography, writing, animation, public art, solo performance, music composition and comic book creation. The Fresno State portion of the program that draws from all 23 CSU campuses is composed of a pair of two-week intensive courses taught by noted guest artists who perform publicly and inspire their students for culminating public performances. Among the faculty on the tentative schedule are the nicholaslechterdance troupe, Second City’s improvisational comedy masters and Mabou Mines, a performance arts group. Catalogs are available by calling 241.6090 or online at www.csusummerarts.org.
