Continued: Bulletin Board policy revised
We also want to make you aware of a delivery option that compiles daily Bulletin Board postings into one list and sends a single e-mail index with all postings once a day. The index will arrive before the end of the work day. This reduces the number of e-mails you receive from Bulletin Board. But once-a-day delivery also means reduced timeliness in receiving information. If you try this option and decide it’s not for you, simply repeat the instructions below and select “Regular” in step 7.

To change your delivery to the daily index list, follow these instructions:

1. Log in to the listserv administrator page at https://listserv.csufresno.edu.
2. Under Options: Click “Log In.”
3. Enter your e-mail address and password. If you do not have a password, you will create one by following the instructions.
4. Once you are logged in, go to the “Subscriber’s Corner” tab found on the menu bar.
5. You will be directed to a “My Lists” tab listing all your listserv subscriptions. Click on the “My Settings” tab.
6. Check the box by “BULLETINBOARD.”
7. Scroll to the bottom. Go to the drop down cell found under the “Mail Style” column and select the “Index” option.
8. Click on “Submit.”
9. Your subscription type will change immediately and you can now log out.

Authorized posters should consider timeliness in submitting messages. Remember, subscribers who choose the daily index list will not see messages until the end of the day.

We also would like to remind subscribers that your e-mail programs have a filter option available so that you can have your Bulletin Board messages delivered to a separate e-mail box.
