Garrick Ohlsson featured in Lorenz concert

Fall choir concert is Nov. 12
“How Can I Keep from Singing?” The old Quaker tune of that name is theme of the fall choir concert to be held Saturday, Nov. 12. The performance will begin at 8 pm in the Concert Hall. Included in the performance will be the Concert Choir, Chamber Singers and Women’s Choir under the direction of Dr. Anna Hamre and student assistant Tammy Kenyon. Community Chorus celebrates 50 years
The Fresno Community Chorus will open its Golden Anniversary season with a double concert on Nov. 5 and 6 in the Fresno State Concert Hall. The 100-plus-member chorus, under the direction of associate music professor Dr. Anna Hamre, has performed for Valley audiences since 1955. More...
