USDA workshop planned for CSU, San Bernardino

California State University, San Bernardino is offering a California/West Coast Workshop for USDA.  It will cover both the CSREES Hispanic-Serving Institutions and National Research Initiative grant programs, and will be just in time for those preparing proposals for submissions for the new funding cycles just announced.

The presenters will be led by Dr. Irma Lawrence of USDA's Hispanic Serving Institutions Program, Dr. Tom Fretz, executive director, Northeastern Regional Association of State Agricultural Experiment Stations (NERA), and Dr. Michael Harrington, executive director, Western Association of Agricultural Experiment Station Directors (WAAESD).

CSU, San Bernardino has agreed to pay for the registration cost of any attendee to this workshop.

Dates are Tuesday, Dec. 6, from 1- 4:30 p.m.  (USDA Personnel) and Wednesday,  Dec. 7, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Fretz and Harrington).
