The Maddy Institute at Fresno State launched a new program Thursday, Maddy Policy Briefs, a five- to six-minute fact-based/non-partisan video that provides key facts on important public policy issues. The free videos, which can be viewed at, are designed to better inform viewers about public policy issues.
