The Kremen School of Education and Human Development at Fresno State was named a recipient of the 2018 Child-Friendly Business Award. Every year, First 5 Fresno County presents this award to five local businesses that go above and beyond in helping their parent employees achieve a healthy work-home balance. The awards ceremony will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15, during the first portion of the First 5 Fresno County Commission meeting at the Lighthouse for Children (2405 Tulare St.).
