Celebrating its 20th annual Ag One Kern County tri-tip dinner, the School of Agricultural Sciences and Technology at California State University, Fresno will host an evening for prospective students, their parents, alumni and donors on Thursday, March 25.

Dr. Daniel Bartell, dean, will present a “state of the school” address, which will cover events, enrollment, scholarships and a question-answer session.

Ag Ambassadors, the school’s top scholarship students, also will be available during the evening to answer questions about the university.

The dinner, hosted by Kern County Ag One boosters, will be served at 7

p.m. and is preceded by a social hour at 6 p.m. Tickets are $15 per person and proceeds will be used to establish a scholarship endowment in the name of Carl and Barbara Fanucchi, long-time supporters of Fresno State.

The dinner will be held at the Kern Agriculture Pavilion at 3300 East Belle Terrace in Bakersfield. For dinner reservations, call (661) 797-6741.
