Valley residents can fine rideshare partners through a new, user-friendly Web site created by the California State University and the Council of Fresno County Governments.
The site, www.valleyrides.com, is a Web-based matching system that provide drivers with an easy way to find someone who is seeking a carpool partner, lives with in one or two miles and shares a similar schedule.
