Carlos Mendoza, district director of the Small Business Administration, will be the featured speaker at the next Second Saturday Series presented on Saturday, March 13 by the Chicano Alumni Association of California State University, Fresno.

The free session will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Beto’s Mexican Restaurant (4770 E. Clinton Ave.) in Fresno. No-host lunch is available.

Mendoza will present information that will be of major interest to alumni in business, as well as others, said Manuel Olgin, Chicano Alumni president.

The Chicano Alumni, which is a chapter of the Fresno State Alumni Association, also announced that its annual Cinco de Mayo observance will be held on May 5 at the Smittcamp Alumni House on campus.
