Pancakes and pizza will be the order of the day at Fresno State Thursday when “celebrity” cooks and student pasta contestants kick off Vintage Days 2004 on Thursday (April 15).

First, former NFL star and Bulldog alumnus Ron Cox and boxing champion Jennifer Alcorn will take up pancake tossing Thursday (April 15) when they join Fresno State administrators and coaches such as Pat Hill, Lindy Vivas and Ray Lopes as cooks for the Staff Assembly Pancake Breakfast.
