Fresno State will close at noon Dec. 23, 2004, through Jan. 2, 2005 spring 2005 classes begin on Jan. 19

All offices and programs at California State University, Fresno will be closed at noon on Dec. 23 through Jan. 2 to observe Christmas, New Year’s Day and four previous state holidays on which the campus remained open.

Winter recess for students begins Dec. 17.

The Henry Madden Library will be closed Dec. 24 through Jan. 2, reopening on a special schedule Jan. 3-18. Library hours are available at www.lib.csufresno.edu or by calling 278-2596.

The University Police Department will remain open throughout the holiday break. In the event of an emergency, the University Police Department can be reached at 278-2132.

Spring semester classes start Jan. 19.
