President John D. Welty will announce the findings of the administrative review of Stacy Johnson-Klein and announce his decision regarding the women’s basketball coach’s employment at 3:30 p.m. today (Wednesday) in the Satellite Student Union.

Modified parking restrictions will be in place. See media instructions that follow.

1) Only live trucks for television will be permitted on the sidewalks and will be allowed to park in front of the Satellite Student Union.

Enter at Maple Ave. from Barstow. Or if entering from Shaw, use Maple Ave.

Police officers will be on duty and if they see live media trucks; will assist them in getting to the location across campus.

Trucks will be directed into a spot on the east corner of the SSU by parking escorts. Please assist us by following directions. No one spot holds advantage over the other.

2) Non live media vehicles may park in the area directly behind the SSU. Please display media company identification to parking escorts on site. Non live media vehicles will not be allowed on the campus grounds for this event.

LIVE TRUCKS ON CAMPUS RULES

• Vehicles must not exceed 5 MPH while on campus grounds;

• Be observant of pedestrian traffic, and yield at all times to pedestrians.

• Vehicles are not permitted on grass AT ANY TIME without permission of the university grounds crew via the University Communications office. (This is especially important following heavy rains and in construction and congested areas).

• University Police instructions must be adhered to at all times. UP hold authority to supersede courtesies if warranted (emergency access obstructed, failure to comply with instructions or policy etc).
