INFO: Fresno State’s future generation of engineers can meet and interact with about 16-20 engineering companies:

AGC, B-K Lighting, Brooks Ransom & Associates, Carollo Engineering, Edwards AFB, FMC, Granite Construction, Grunfos, Guardian Industries, Pelco, PG&E, PPG, Provost & Pritchard, Water Quality Control Board.

MEDIA ACCESS: Use Barstow Avenue, enter at Jackson Dr. (between Cedar and Maple Ave.). Engineering East Bldg. is at Jackson and San Ramon Dr. on east side of Jackson. Park in any yellow stall or behind (south of) EE building. Please do not park or drive on sidewalks or grass.

“Growing the Economy: Engineering, Innovation and Entrepreneurship” LOCATION: Kremen Education Bldg. Room 140

INFO: an informational seminar on the significance of engineering, innovation and entrepreneurship and their relationships in the development, growth and stability of economies. Speakers:

• Dr. Tim Stearns, Coleman Foundation Chair, Entrepreneurial Studies; and director, Lyles Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship — California State University, Fresno

• Ms. Ashley Swearengin, executive director, Office of Community and Economic Development (OCED) — California State University Fresno
