The Department of Viticulture and Enology graduate program at California State University, Fresno will benefit from a dinner and wine tasting at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 16 at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar in Fresno.
From a $50 per person donation, participants will enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Mark Orgen, a partner in Fleming’s, which is at 639 E. Shaw Ave., on the north side of the Fashion Fair shopping center. Each course will be paired with a specially chosen wine.
