Nearly half a century ago, planners mapped a footprint for the campus to meet the needs of 20,000 students. With growth that has exceeded that figure (last fall Fresno State enrolled a record 22,388 students) it’s time for an update in planning and accommodations.
A proposed new Master Plan will take Fresno State through the next 20 years and beyond. The plan is scheduled for presentation to the California State University Trustees for approval later this year.
