Mexico City’s Youth and Children Cedros/Universidad Panamericana Symphony Orchestra will perform in Fresno on Friday, May 2, as part of their Las Californias Tour.
The event will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Rotary Amphitheatre in Woodward Park and will also feature the Fresno Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, which is directed by Dr. Thomas Loewenheim, a faculty member in Fresno State’s Department of Music.
Co-sponsors include the College of Arts and Humanities, the Department of Music, the Consulado de Mexico en Fresno and the Fresno Youth Orchestras.
Free tickets are available in the Arts and Humanities Office in Music Building Room 186.
