The third annual seminar at California State University, Fresno’s Arnold and Dianne Gazarian Real Estate Center will focus on real estate in California’s current economy.

The seminar begins with registration at 8 a.m. Friday, Feb. 19, at the Alice Peters Auditorium in the University Business Center. The presentations begin at 8:30 a.m.

Speakers are:

  • Dr. Richard Green, director of the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California, who will discuss “Some Facts About California and Its Real Estate Market: Is There Hope?”
  • Arthur Danielian of Danielian Associates, an Irvine-based architecture and land-planning company, presenting “Central California Real Estate Development: Design Strategies for the New Economy.”

The event is free and open to the public. Parking will be available in the University Business Center lot, between lots A and J, just east of the Peters Business Building.
