“How to Integrate, or Sometimes ‘Disintegrate,’ In-laws in the Family Firm” is the topic of a roundtable discussion sponsored by the Institute for Family Business (IFB) at California State University, Fresno and open to the community.

Speakers Brett Hunter, general manager of Ano Tech Metal Finishing, and attorney Mark Poochigian of Baker Manock and Jensen LLP, will discuss the legal issues associated with shielding the family firm from potentially harmful changes in management and ownership. The two also will talk about the need to continuously update plans and strategies.

The session will be held 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, at the University Business Center, Peters Business Building Room 192.

Registration is $25 for non-IFB members. Complimentary parking passes are available with RSVP. For more information and reservations, call the institute at 559.278.5662.
