Students in the Craig School of Business are partnering with Goodwill Industries to host a donation drive on the California State University, Fresno campus this week as a part of the “Donate Movement Powered by Goodwill” campaign.

Donation bins were placed throughout the campus and there is a Community Donation Center in parking lot V (near Shaw and Woodrow avenues) to assist members of the general community drop off donations through Friday, Oct. 22.

Jeff Finley, a part-time instructor in the Craig School’s Department of Marketing and Logistics, is the adviser on the Goodwill donation project as part of a service-learning class assignment. The marketing students also are working with the Delta Upsilon fraternity.

“When you donate the items you no longer need to Goodwill, you are helping someone find a job, strengthening your community and preserving the planet,” said Kao S. Moua, one of the students working on the project.
