With a nod to the university’s favorite canine, the Fresno State Alumni Association is accepting recipe entries for its upcoming cookbook, “Bone Appétit.”

“Bone Appétit” will feature the favorite recipes of anyone who loves Fresno State – alumni, faculty, staff, administrators, students, their family members and friends. All are encouraged to submit appetizer, entrée, dessert or side dish recipes. There is no fee for submissions.

Recipes should be submitted online at http://bit.ly/c9fiir. The deadline is Dec. 31.

The cookbook will distributed beginning the week of April 15, 2011, during the annual Fresno State Vintage Days.

Advance-order copies of “Bone Appétit” are $30 for the public and $25 for Alumni Association members, a savings of $5 over the price upon publication. To place orders, click here.

All proceeds will support the Alumni Association’s projects.
