The Alumni and Friends of the Craig School of Business at California State University, Fresno hosts its annual wine tasting 5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, at the Smittcamp Alumni House on campus.

The event benefits the Craig School’s scholarship endowment that stands at more than $100,000 and awards two to three scholarships each year to students.

Guests will sample wines from Twin Pomegranates Wine and Engelmann Cellars, both of Fresno, E&J Gallo Winery of Modesto and Chamisal Vineyards in San Luis Obispo County’s Edna Valley.

Tickets are $40 per person; $35 for Fresno State Alumni Association members; $140 for parties of four and must be purchased in advance at https://secure.www.alumniconnections.com/olc/pub/CAF/event/showEventForm.jsp?form_id=77201.

The event is open to individuals at least 21 years old.

Established in 1989 as a chapter of the Fresno State Alumni Association, the Craig School alumni chapter works closely with the dean’s office and students to support the school, recruit students and promote business careers.

Central Valley Community Bank co-sponsors the wine tasting.
