Clovis West High School won the newspaper sweepstakes trophy Saturday in the 81st annual San Joaquin Valley Scholastic Press Association conference held at Fresno State. More than 100 students from 17 Central California high schools entered the competition sponsored by the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism.
