Speaking at Fresno State, Dr. Gökçe Soydemir, the inaugural Foster Farms endowed professor of Business Economics at California State University, Stanislaus, will discuss how recent interventions by the Federal Reserve have affected housing prices, mortgage interest rates and foreclosures.
