California 2012 Poet Laureate Juan Filipe Herrera, a former Fresno State professor now teaching at UC Riverside, will read at 4 p.m. Saturday, April 28, at the Leon S. and Pete P. Peters Educational Center in the Student Recreation Center (Woodrow and Shaw avenues). The free, public reading is sponsored by the Chicano Writers and Artists Association, a student organization.
