The Fresno State Parent Association and Alumni Association will host Parent and Alumni Weekend Saturday and Sunday, Sept 29-30, during Fresno State’s Homecoming.
Parents, alumni, prospective students and friends are invited to experience Fresno State through tours, tailgates and other activities.
Attendees choose from among several tours Sept. 29: behind-the-scenes looks at the University Police Department, Athletics, the Rue and Gwen Gibson Farm Market, Student Recreation Center, University Theatre, Save Mart Center and Fresno State Winery. Tours include a pizza lunch and a game of bowling in the USU recreation center.
A tailgate party begins at 4:30 p.m. Sept 29 outside Bulldog Stadium, concluding in time for the 7 p.m. kickoff of the Bulldogs’ Homecoming game against San Diego State.
The weekend’s conclusion is breakfast with Timeout and Fresno State coaches 9-10 a.m., Sept. 30 at the Smittcamp Alumni House.
