Debate team to argue Prop. 30 on Oct. 30

Four graduate students on the Fresno State Debate Team will debate “Resolved: Prop. 30 Deserves Your Vote” at 1 p.m. Oct. 30 in the Free Speech Area. The students have completed the communications graduate seminar “Advanced Argumentation” and will follow formal debate rules for the event sponsored by the Urban and Regional Cohort through the Provost’s Office with the College of Arts & Humanities Dean’s Office and the Department of Communication.
