Dr. Barlow Der Mugrdechian, coordinator of the Fresno State Armenian Studies Program, will present an illustrated lecture, “Historic Armenia: Memories and Images,” at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, in the Alice Peters Auditorium, Room 191, located in the Peters Business Building (5245 N.
