Maddy Institute’s new radio show begins Jan. 6

The first program of the Maddy Institute’s new radio show, “The Maddy Report – Valley Views Edition,” will air Sunday, Jan. 6, from 9 to 10 a.m. on Newstalk 580 KMJ. Discussing the recent “fiscal cliff” standoff and Congressional gridlock will be Reps. Jim Costa (D-Fresno) and Devin Nunes (R-Visalia) with Michael Doyle, national correspondent for McClatchy Newspapers based in Washington, D.C., UC Merced political science professor Nate Monroe and Paul Hurley, former editorial page editor for the Visalia Times Delta.Mark Keppler, Maddy Institute executive director, will moderate.
