Grad Fest honors 2013 graduating class, March 19 and 20

Class of 2013 graduates will start getting ready for Commencement at “Grad Fest” 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, at the Memorial Garden in front of the Kennel Bookstore. Presented by the Fresno State Alumni Association, the event provides the students an opportunity to purchase the keepsakes “Grad Box” in preparation for graduation events May 17 and 18. The Grad Box includes a cap, gown and tassel, a Class of 2013 T-shirt, Bulldog Paw car magnets, an “Alumni” chrome license plate frame. Items are packaged in a keepsake box that plays the song “Pomp and Circumstance” when opened. This year the box includes a new item, a cap decorating kit.
