Flags lowered in honor of Boston victims

The flags at Fresno State were lowered to half-staff today, April 16, in honor of the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing. President Obama ordered American flags at the White House and all other public buildings lowered. In his proclamation, Obama called the act a “mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence” in Boston on Monday.
