The Gibson Farm Market begins its summer hours today, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. The start of the summer season comes with the earlier-than-usual harvest of Fresno State sweet corn, which is under way this week according to  Jennifer Sobieralski, Gibson Farm Market manager. Corn is expected to be available in the market as early as May 24. Full release with corn details to come.
