Fresno State’s Student Health Center presents “The Matthew Beggs Story,” 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, in the Henry Madden Library room 2206 as part of the university’s Suicide Prevention Week observance. The feature tells the story of Beggs, a former student at Fresno City College who committed suicide in 2004. A panel discussion following the film will include Matthew’s father, Patrick Beggs.
