The Helping Hams campaign received a big boost from one donor during the holiday campaign kick off Monday in the Gibson Farm Market. Patrick McKinney, facilities coordinator in the University Courtyard residence halls on campus, handed President Joseph I. Castro $1,000 for 200 hams and said the donation was on behalf of University Courtyard employees and residents. RCO Ag Credit had also donated $2,000. An additional $570 was raised in the store during the first 24 hours of the campaign. See full story.
