Students are encouraged to attend a “Summit on Water” discussion at Fresno State from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, at the Alice Peters Auditorium room 191 in the Peters Business Building. This discussion is the third in a series of policy forums hosted by the Independent Voter Project. The free, public event will include a panel discussion with representatives of the California State Legislature, local governments, water experts, community based organizations and other water policy stakeholders.
