Two Fresno State students have created a new location-based social network application, Trickle, that registered more than 2,000 downloads since it launched Jan. 22, including 500 in the first two hours and more than 1,000 drops (posts) the first day, reports co-founders Nadal Alyafaie, a freshman Business Administration major from Clovis, and Ahmed Alamri, a sophomore Political Science major from Selma. They began developing Trickle, now available free at the Apple Application Store, when they were in high school. The app allows interaction with other Trickle users within a defined area and city. INFO: Ahmed Alamri at 559.356.2907.
