A groundbreaking ceremony for Campus Pointe’s retail project, the 45-acre mixed-use development project located on the northeast corner of Shaw and Chestnut avenues, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 10. The project is a public/private partnership between the California State University, Fresno Association, Inc. (a recognized CSU auxiliary organization) and Kashian Enterprises. Retailers who will occupy the project will be announced at the groundbreaking. Advisory with event details coming Monday morning.
