The Central California Regional Obesity Prevention Program will present a free, public screening of the documentary film, “Food for Change,” from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Mar. 12 at the Peters Business Building, Room 192 (5245 N. Backer Ave.). The film discusses food co-ops as a force for dynamic social and economic change in American culture and tells the story of the cooperative movement in the U.S. through interviews, rare archival footage and commentary by the filmmaker and social historians.
