Fresno State’s Dog Days summer orientation for incoming freshman and transfer students will run June 11-July 18 with President Joseph I. Castro presenting his first welcome to the new students and parents on June 11. Dog Days, held from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. each day, prepares new students for the fall semester, which begins on Aug. 21. Sessions are available for parents in English or Spanish. A campus resource fair, campus safety discussion and campus tours are also offered.  Castro will speak at 9 a.m. in the Satellite Student Union.
