Access to the sidewalk and road southeast of the Henry Madden Library will be limited July 15-22 while repairs are made to a sewer line between parking lots P-31 (formerly “D”) and P-30 (“E”). Pedestrians are encouraged to avoid this area during the construction process. The disabled parking stalls located south of the library will be closed during the construction process but replaced with three temporary disabled parking stalls at the northwest corner of Lot P-30 and three at the northwest corner of Lot P-31. The roadway between the two lots will be closed at the bus stop location and a temporary bypass pipeline, demarcated by barricades, will run along the sidewalk just south of the library. Also, the roadway from northwest Lot P-30 leading to the gated administration parking lot behind the library will be reduced to one lane.
