Traffic congestion is expected on the east side of the Fresno State campus from 5-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9 for the Eagles concert at 8 p.m. at the Save Mart Center (doors open at 6:30 p.m.). Parking lot and roadway restrictions will be in effect, impacting portions of Woodrow Avenue, Chestnut Avenue and Matoian Way as well as access to parking lots P2-P6. Students using the Save Mart Center North Lot overflow parking must exit by 3 p.m. Campus visitors are advised to avoid Chestnut and Woodrow avenues during that time and allow for extra travel time. For night classes or events on campus, motorists approaching from the south are advised to use Maple Avenue from Gettysburg Avenue, or if approaching from the west, use Barstow Avenue.
