The American English Institute at Fresno State is hosting a group of 40 students from Mexico through a partnership with Mexican government. The students arrive on Nov. 9 and will spend four weeks working with Fresno State faculty to improve their English language skills. The visit is part of the “Proyecta 100,000” initiative. Sponsored by the Mexican government, the program placed 7,500 Mexican learners in universities throughout California. INFO: Dr. Paul Hofmann, phofmann@csufresno.edu.
