Maddy Report to discuss crime and realignment

This week’s Maddy Report will discuss “Realignment: Is More Street Crime Resulting in More Street Crime?” at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30 on KVPT (Valley PBS). Host Mark Keppler discusses realignment issues with Public Policy Institute of California analysts Brandon Martin and Magnus Lofstrom. The El Informe (Spanish) Maddy edition, “Recidivism and Realignment,” will air at 7 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 1 on KFTV-Univision 21 and KTFF-UniMas 61. Guests Jose Benavides, Tulare County district attorney investigator, and Erica Gonzalez, Tulare County assistant district attorney, will discuss realignment issues with Ana Melendez, Maddy Institute deputy director.
