The Maddy Institute at Fresno State launched a new program Thursday, Maddy Policy Briefs, a five- to six-minute fact-based/non-partisan video that provides key facts on important public policy issues. The free videos, which can be viewed at http://www.maddyinstitute.com/maddy-policy-briefs, are designed to better inform viewers about public policy issues. Current titles include “Realignment: Crime and Incarceration Rates,” “Crime Statistics: How Does California Compare?” and “Poverty in California.” For a full list of videos available, see the website.
