The College of Arts and Humanities at Fresno State will pay tribute to the late poet Philip Levine at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016 in the Concert Hall (Music building). Levine, the Pulitzer Prize-winning U.S. poet laureate and professor emeritus of English, passed away Feb. 14 at age 87. The event, “Philip Levine: A Celebration,” will include a selection of the poet’s friends, colleagues and former students. A reception follows.
