The Student Health and Counseling Center at Fresno State is sponsoring National Drug Facts Week events on campus from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. today and Wednesday (Jan. 26-27). The theme for the tabling events, which will be near the Speakers Platform (north of the Henry Madden Library) is “Know the Facts.” Students can participate in several events, including spinning a true or false myth-buster wheel and the “Poor Me a Drink” activity where students learn the correct amount of alcohol that is considered one drink. Students will be provided information about drug and alcohol facts and recovery measures. The Student Health and Counseling Center also will recruit students to be participants in future activities.
